This gym and sports centre is run by the registered charity Ability UK. It offers discounts to people with disabilities, but is open to everyone. The recently refurbished centre is spacious and air-conditioned and provides a wide range of services. Downstairs you'll find the ever-popular gym; upstairs you'll find an alternative therapy centre and dance studio, where everything from acupuncture and homeopathy treatments to yoga and dance classes are held. Pricing: £100 joining fee plus £38 a month
