Here's something new for your taste buds - authentic Afghan cuisine. Sit at a large communal table on the ground floor overlooking the Green, or huddle together upstairs. This tiny restaurant is not conducive to a long, lingering evening, but it will fill you up nicely before you wander off down Upper Street. The short menu features eight dishes, such as chicken in yoghurt. Four of them cater for herbivores, so no need to worry there. The wine list is substantial but why not try a glass of dogh - a traditional yoghurt and mint beverage. Prices are low and the portions are wholly satisfying.
