One for professionals and fitness freaks only, this well equipped centre offers great programmes for competitive sports people. The expert staff will work with you to develop a personalised programme to suit your needs, and for fun you can unwind with a boxercise or body pump session in the dance studio, or perhaps a quick game of squash or a few sets of tennis. There is also a sports injury clinic on site just in case you're not quite as in shape as you thought.
