Located in a trendy and wealthy part of the capital, this is a great pub for both the summer and winter months. The Australian is cosy when it's cold and has plenty of benches outside for when the sun is shining. It gained its name after being used as a watering hole by the teams that took part in one of the first cricket internationals between Australia and England. The interior is decked with much cricketing memorabilia as a result of this great event.
