Freshly-baked bagels and coffee (with a free refill) are a great way to start the morning. And stuffed bagels - everything from the classic smoked salmon/cream cheese combo and Martha's Vineyard (tuna and houmous) to your own custom-made variation - will get you through the afternoon. Regardless of the Bagel Factory's claim that this is America's best kept health secret, be careful you don't overdo it - bagels are healthy, but they are dense and filling and strangely moreish.
