Berners is situated in the West End of London, in a relatively secluded street between Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road. It was originally built in 1835 as five classic houses, and was converted into a hotel at the turn of the last century. The original marble ceilings of the lobby and the restaurant are Grade II listed. It is even rumoured that a certain Edward VII entertained his mistress at the hotel.
