This hot and bothered little Italian restaurant halfway down the King's Road comes complete with the loud and cheerful waiters and bustling atmosphere you'd expect from your local Italian. La Bersagliera is bright and loud, with light marble tables and booths, so bring a bunch of friends with you. It has the added advantage of a visible kitchen, where you can spy on the preparation of your food. Great versions of anti-pasti, which come in both meat and vegetarian varieties, are provided here, and the rustic warm bread is divine. The mushroom risotto is excellent - very few restaurants manage to make the rice as al dente as it needs to be. The wine list is a little pricey.
