Beneath the light-heartedness of the name, Blah Blah Blah offers some wonderful French-inspired cuisine at rock bottom prices. Upstairs presents a cross between minimalist chic and Bohemian casualness - old film lights, an open kitchen and little else. Go downstairs and you unearth a den of tongue-in-cheek kitsch. Kids of all ages can enjoy doodling on the paper tablecloths; a glass full of crayons replaces flowers on the tables - you might be quite proud of your colourful scribbling by the end of the evening. Behind the trendy decor there are some really tasty vegetarian meals to be had here. The restaurant is unlicensed, but bring along your own plonk for a corkage.

Any vegetarian restaurant that has cows as part of a decorative frieze outside HAS to be amazing. I discovered Blah Blah Blah about 6 years ago and I have NEVER been disappointed. It is delicious in a quirky kind of way. Decor is dark purple but who cares??? Food is great!!! Go and have a great time!
