This busy-busy Soho destination pulls in the beer-swilling masses and the motto here is 'drink and be merry'. Set in an attractive period building, despite the now rather irrelevant American adornments out front, there are two bars, a restaurant and a dance floor, so there's plenty of space for loafing or dancing. The interior is colorful, adding zing to what is already a lively venue, where the emphasis is unashamedly geared towards alcohol absorption rather than the eating experience. The menu however has taken on a more general international appeal of late, but still has a few American/Cajun offerings. Choose from the likes of Mediterranean Vegetable Bruschetta, followed by Char-Grilled Swordfish Steak with Black Olive Butter. Desserts are fairly standard sweet soothers. DJs entertain in the bar from 11p-3a Monday, Friday and Saturday, and Tuesday is comedy night.
