If you want to get fit and you always wanted to be the Karate Kid, this could be the gym for you. Specialising in the Bruce Lee's own fighting style, Jeet Kune Do, and a weapons-based martial art, Kali, Bob Breen has over 30 years martial art experience and the programmes are open to beginners and experts alike. For those with no such oriental leanings there are also aerobics classes, a gym and a free-weights room. After all your exertion you can relax in the sauna or, if anything hurts, an osteopath and homeopathic remedies are on hand. Membership costs between £35-62 a month.
