Scottish cooking is heavily reliant on venison, game birds, hare and salmon and Boisdale is renowned for its quality fare. Ingredients are sourced from Scotland and organic vegetables, eggs and even olive oil, are used. Set menus are available at around £13-£17 with a six-course Menu Gastronomique option at around £46. Also check out the "Scottish" bar - billed as the "only malt whisky and cigar bar in London".
