Aptly named after the ancient Indian city where tandoor cooking first came to life, Bukhara offers a hearty dose of one of the most well-known cuisines in the world. The gamut of dishes available at the restaurant have been reworked to be healthy and preservative free. The great thing about the food is that you can pick something as simple as Saag Aloo (spinach with potatoes) and it explodes with flavors. But of course, the stars of the menu are the tandoor dishes, such as Tandoori King Prawns and Chicken Tikka. If you'd prefer something with a little gravy, opt for the Chicken Makhani (butter chicken) or the Kashmiri Rogan Josh. And if you're a first timer, try the Tandoori Mixed Grilled - it will head you in the right direction.
