Spread over three floors, with a fireman's pole allowing glasses to travel from the kitchen to the bar, this South American restaurant is certainly novel. A bright neon-blue sign greets you at the entrance, but don't take this to be a warning sign of tacky decor. Cactus Blue is lively and fun, yet cosy enough for a tête-à-tête - it even has a lift. The clientele is youngish and most focus on the bar, which serves some decent cocktails. Evening dining during the week is a good option, with an excellent range of chimichangas, tortillas and grilled food.
