The Cartoonist is the headquarters for The Cartoonists' Club of Great Britain, so it comes as no surprise to find that the walls are all covered in cartoons - which add a lot to the atmosphere of this cosy and friendly little place. Drinks are what you'd expect and good pub food is also served. The clientele consists mainly of office workers and the atmosphere is very much relaxed. Have a go at the annual competition to draw a cartoon to replace the pub's sign, if you think you're good enough!
