Those who love Indian cuisine will vouch for Chai Pani, a Rajasthani restaurant that serves vegan and Jain (food that is devoid of roots vegetables such as onions and potatoes) cuisine. Kachoris, Missi Baati, Mangodi Methi and Mong Salad are what you can expect to find on the menu. What really catches the eye is the colorful Rajasthani Thaali, an assortment of veggies, curries, rice and a sweet dish all served in one large plate. For drinks there's Lassi and Thandai, which feature alongside the likes of Chablis and Chianti. Expect buffet lunches on weekdays, board games for fun and interesting non-alcoholic cocktails that are definitely worth a try. The ever-smiling turban-clad waiters make you feel at home, and non-vegetarians wishing to try something different just for a day are welcome.
