A celebration of all things Texan, a model train winds its way around this restaurant, representing the US railroad and images of the dusty, hot Midwest adorn the walls. Servings are Texan-size (that means B-I-G) and the food would make George W Bush feel right at home. Obviously, there's the (un)healthy selection of burgers and steaks, but they're balanced by an ample range of Mexican dishes, such as Cheese Quesadillas and the excellent Blackened Catfish with Black Beans and Rice.
