Chef Thompson and co-owner Jones' hard work has paid off in the form of a ritzy, upscale restaurant in the Clerkenwell neighborhood. The sunroof-like ceiling and demure leather seats add to the razzmatazz. The presentation of the dishes is worth fussing about. Wild Mushrooms, Braised Shortribs, Tuna with Avocado, Grilled Lobsters and Roasted Courgette are among the regular delights. Cocktails, shooters and wines are aplenty. Make sure you reserve a table; the place gets crowded on weekends.
