Formerly a warehouse for Katherine Hamnett, The Collection has chosen to continue the designer theme with a rather impressive lit-up catwalk down to the cavernous bar. This is the place to sit and sip cocktails whilst eyeing up the largely single clientele, but the atmosphere is perhaps a little icy as it's not really a hang out for locals. The restaurant is an altogether more relaxed affair, serving modern British cuisine in a memorable mezzanine. While the menu is mainly British, there are definite American and Asian influences.
