Start with Fresh Mackerel poached in Wine, follow up with Chinese Duck with Egg Fried Noodles, Crisp Fried Mullet with Red Curry and Tamarind Dressing and wind up with one of their diet-breaking desserts. Very British fare, with a hint of the Orient! The spirit list has a decent enough selection and the staff emulate the mannerisms of the staid British, mixed with the Chinese politesse.
