A highly commendable drinking establishment, The Daniel Gooch (The Gooch to its regulars) is a friendly local, fully-equipped with dart boards, bar billiards and a big-screen TV that shows all major sporting events. The beer selection isn't particularly extensive, but that's not enough to take the shine off what is otherwise a quality pub. A full range of pub food including staples such as burgers and bangers.
