Moroccan and North African food have made their mark on the London restaurant scene, and now it's time for Dish Dash to introduce Persian cuisine to the general public. Mostly cool and modern, Dish Dash's interior incorporates ethnic touches like Persian art and strong colour. The food is best described as Anglo-Persian but the menu draws on influences from different regions. Start with the Mazza, a variety of snacks including hummus, baba ghanoush and chicken pastries (very similar to Lebanese Mezze). The grills are simple but delicious, and the signature sweet and sour pomegranate sauce a singular delight. The bar menu offers smaller versions of the restaurant menu.
