Modern, British organic fare is served in what is allegedly the first and best pub of its kind. You might have expected a more earthy variety of pub to match the healthy food options, but to all intents and purposes this is an ordinary-looking pub with a relaxed atmosphere. Meat, poultry, grilled vegetables, fish cakes and everything you'd expect from a top gastro-pub - and the fresh produce is all organic. The menu changes often to accommodate in season vegetables. Even some of the beers are organic. But as with all organic food, the price tag is higher than you might find in other pubs.
