This former Evening Standard award-winning pub is decorated in an Edwardian style, with a large dining area at the rear and has a very pleasant airy feel. It's popular with a reserved local crowd and, like most pubs in the area, gets packed with Chelsea fans on match days. However, it doesn't usually get too busy, simply because of its size. Beer on tap as well as other drinks are averagely priced. Typical pub grub is on offer, with a mouth-watering buffet available most lunch times as well as a Sunday roast, daytime snacks and hot baguettes.
