Flagship cinema of the UCI empire, the three-strong giant silver screens and mammoth auditoriums are capacious enough to accommodate everyone, from weekend crowds, tourists and teenagers to press previews and the odd star-studded première. All the latest releases and box office hits are here, and tickets are predictably pricey for "Cinema Central". Ben and Jerry's ice cream, as well as pic'n'mix and a licensed bar are also available. All screens are air-conditioned and have an induction loop system for the hard of hearing. Disabled seating is available in Empire Screen One only. Disabled access can be found on Leicester Street. The booking and information line listed is operational 24 hours a day, although advanced telephone bookings are subject to a booking fee.
