The wine bar, at an elevated space above the restaurant, proudly displays its large wine collection. Try the Ham-Hock and Foie Gras Terrine with Trompette Mushrooms and Soft Herb Salad for starters; it's a hot favorite. For something light yet more filling, opt for Roast Best-end of Lamb with Pepperade, Saffron Mash, Basil and Balsamic. The dessert menu is equally tempting with dishes, such as Carpaccio of Pineapple, Coconut Rice Pudding and Malibu Sorbet. Esca is also an ideal venue for parties and can accommodate upto 400 guests.
