Essence added another feather to its cap when chef Ana Serrano Merino's signature dish was awarded 'UK's Best Dishes 2005' by Restaurant Magazine. This restaurant's menu features primarily Spanish tapas dishes with the freshest ingredients being directly flown in from Spain. Try the award-winning Scallops with Julienne Mange Tout, which has been described by judges as a "modern dish of simplicity and quality in which one ingredient is allowed to shine". Choose to lounge on the comfortable leather sofas, grab a bite from a variety of tapas and sip on your choice of wine. For a more formal setting, dine at the ground floor dining area. DJs Rui Da Silva (Deeper Substance) and Gonzalo (Trade, Salvation) keep the ambience alive. Essence is an ideal venue for club nights and parties and can accommodate upto 300 guests.
