Newly refurbished throughout, this now features a state of the art gym, a large cardio theatre with TVs, plus a sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and beauty clinic. Most members are City workers between 25-50 years old and regular social events are put on for them, such as parties and charity fund-raising events. There's also a running club. A physiotherapy clinic is open all week.
