There is a very young feel to this fitness club, which is part of a nationwide chain. The gym is enormous and spans two rooms, whilst the dance studio offers a wide range of classes including boxercise, aerobics and step. The swimming pool is fairly small and mainly given over to leisure swimming. There are three squash courts for hire and beauty treatments and altenative health therapists are all on hand.
