Despite the rather tacky name and equally tacky plastic tablecloths, this is a genuinely Italian trattoria - delicious, basic, inexpensive and with plenty of air kissing going on. The decor doesn't even try to simulate an actual trattoria and the tables are too close together, but the staff are friendly and the food is great. The wood oven pizzas here are thin but not too thin and are always delicious. Many varieties are available (over 15 in all), from plain old margharita to truffle and parma ham. Pasta, meat and a buffet table are available. Vegetarians are well catered for and on Fridays no meat at all is served!
