Created by the Daniels brothers of The Gate in Hammersmith fame, this restaurant can be a little more hit and miss and has considerably less charm than its sister eatery. Once inside, the white walls and simple decor scheme borders on the broke as black-bottomed bare bulbs illuminate the birch-wood tables. Dishes on offer could include green banana fritters, tagliatelle or corn cakes, and puddings range from crumbles to chocolate tarts.
