Glaisters has been a popular Chelsea restaurant for many years, and attracts a young clientele who often come in groups. The restaurant not only accepts groups, but welcomes them, which is quite a rarity amongst London establishments. The attractive 'winter garden' at the back of the restaurant makes a combination of a modern restaurant and 1900s-style greenhouse. In summer, the roof is pulled back on sunny days for an al fresco dining experience. The European-influenced food is consistently very good, with lots of grilled vegetables, meats, fish and pasta on offer. The service is usually friendly and patient - a definite plus where groups are involved.
