Indigo, on a balcony overlooking the Lobby at the smart One Aldwych hotel is more informal than its counterpart, Axis. Indigo immediately puts you at ease, with its comfortable seating and spacious layout. From here you'll have a perfect view of the hotel's dramatic double-height lobby. With its accommodating opening hours, you can eat any meal here according to any time zone. Many dishes come in two sizes (and, for the health-conscious, those with a low fat and low cholesterol content are pointed out on the menu). The food is brasserie-style, from pizzas and risotto to lobster salad or Scottish sirloin steak. Also expect such dishes as oriental vegetable spring rolls, leek and truffle tart, or roast fillet of lamb with polenta.
