A victory for all ordinary, beer bellied men and cellulite-blighted women. Rather than cater for health freaks and body fascists, this standard sports centre specialises in providing recreational and fitness activities for disabled and visually impaired persons as well as all ordinary Joes (and Josephines). What's more, it doesn't cost a small fortune in membership fees to get through the door. Inside there is a small, fully equipped gym, a dance studio offering classes in everything from yoga to tap, and two swimming pools. Outdoors there are two netball courts and a tennis court.
