A place to make your friends green with envy, the Jealous atmosphere and environment is more like that of a luxury hotel than a health club. The main attraction is undoubtedly the 70ft Roman-themed swimming pool, complete with Roman spas and the ominously, not to mention anachronistically, titled Hemlock sauna. In addition to this there is a fully equipped, modern gymnasium, an air-conditioned dance studio with sprung floor (so you can leap higher than ever before) and classes in everything from tai chi to ski-fitness. And if all that sounds a tad to strenuous, you can simply indulge in the full range of alternative treatments offered by the health clinic. Membership is £50 per month and includes a £100 joining fee.
