Have you ever heard of a Kosher Chinese restaurant? You have now! You shouldn't really be amazed, considering all the other types of fusion cuisine out there. What's more, the menu points out that Jews arrived in Kaifeng as far back as the 10th century, so this is not such a strange idea as you might initially think. London's premier (and only) Kosher Chinese dining spot is not altogether cheap, but the quality is high. The cuisine is conventional, so expect ribs, egg rolls, stir fries and the like - the only difference is that everything is prepared according to Kosher guidelines, which is why there is a premium to pay.
