Kaslik derives its name from a captivating town in Lebanon, thus leading us through a gastronomic tour to Lebanon and back. The lavish interiors include embroidered cushions to sink into, brass tables and a shisha room for dining. A belly dancer keeps you entertained while you feast on your food. Opt for the Mezze – an eclectic range of small dishes - or go for the hoummous, moutabal, kalaj, foul moudamas, and falafel. Complete your meal with authentic Lebanese desserts like Baklawa, a sweet pastry, and Mhallablyeh, milk pudding with rose water. Kaslik imports wine from one of the oldest wine producing countries - Lebanon; Saint Thomas - the Lebanese house wine is a popular favorite. You can also opt for Arak, the national drink consisting of aniseed base, and a variety of freshly squeezed or pressed fruit juices. Don't forget to try out the Lebanese coffees, flavoured with natural cardamom, cinnamon or rose water. For a true Lebanese experience, give the flavored hooka pipes a try.
