This large, popular sports centre has recently undergone an extensive refurbishment programme. Features include a large gym with personal trainers, a spacious dance studio offering aerobics, step etc, two sports halls (football, squash and tennis) and a brand new swimming pool. There is also a crèche, health suite, lounge bar and coffee shop. A lifeguard swim club and junior holiday programmes are offered, as are a wide range of classes. A definite must if you want most of the facilities that private gyms can offer, but at more reasonable prices.
