Nestled in the Crown Moran Hotel, this eatery serves up contemporary fusion fare; the menu changes seasonally, and is dominated by modern Irish cuisine. For starters, go with Cashel Blue, and County Wicklow Lamb Shank with Colcannon and Rosemary Gravy makes for a great main course, but if you are still not sure, try the set menu. You can take your pick from a range of alcoholic beverages available, and be sure to complete your meal with a Poached Pear in Mulled Wine, flamed with Jameson whiskey.
