The quality of plays at London's most famous and well-respected pub theatre is good. Despite having to weave your way through the crowded pub and make do with rather grotty seating, you will most likely become a regular. The range is wide - from drama previewing here before heading to the West End, to light musicals; from one-man shows to contemporary pieces. With Sarah Miles, Corin Redgrave and others having graced the King's Head's small stage, it would be a pity to see the theatre close due to regular financial problems. Dinner is served before plays begin.
