Housed in the Hotel Inter-Continental London, Le Soufflé serves imaginative French/continental cuisine, both to hotel guests and to other Londoners. The decor is in keeping with the Inter-Continental's opulence - sober, elegant, neutral and comfortable. But that doesn't mean the atmosphere is staid; rather, a classical pianist provides live music every evening, and on Fridays and Saturdays you can burn of the calories of your gourmet meal with a twirl on the dance floor. Particularly recommended is the splendid Scottish beef and wild salmon steak. Both an à la carte menu and a special set organic four-course feast are offered.
