Don't lament Prue Leith's decision to never again pick up a saucepan, because her legacy lives on. Actually, her seasonal cooking - game terrine with chutney, pan-fried calves' liver, gooseberry syllabub - fits much better with the surroundings here than in her more minimalist chic restaurants in Notting Hill and Soho.
