Chef Richard Corrigan leads the spectacular culinary proceedings here and what a treat... It's almost like going to a dinner party at his home as you ring the doorbell to be admitted. The nouvelle Irish food is top-rate, hearty and well presented. Clean flavours, meltingly tender meats, and sumptuously rich fare of the traditional kitchen variety are accompanied by an impressive cellar-ful of vineyard gems. This may all come with a hearty price tag, but it is gloriously unpretentious and staff are both highly professional and welcoming.
