When the rest of Chelsea is sleeping, one restaurant is already buzzing with hungry diners. Welcome to Mona Lisa! The only thing that gives this cafe away as anything other than your average greasy-spoon is the prominence of green, red and white - the tricolour trade mark of its Italian owner. Loved by locals, this is a proper English cafe that does all-day full breakfasts and just happens to do Italian as well. Prices are inexpensive, and there are frequent two-for-the-price-of-one offers on. The fry-ups at this unlikely Chelsea venue are notorious. Belissimo!
