This modern and comprehensive museum aims to create a craft and academic cross-disciplinary aid for researchers, academics, students, professionals and the general public. The museum is divided into several galleries, each filled with the culinary history and food of one of six continents. There is also a demonstration theatre with broadcast facilities, conference and seminar rooms, a research library with internet access and archives covering all the food-related subjects you can dream of. Due to the variety of events that take place at MoCHA, it is best to telephone in advance for opening times.
