Imperial red is the colour of this popular restaurant just off Atlantic Road. Long wooden tables fill the scarlet space and a trendy crowd flocks in nightly to sample some 60 dishes including everything from Teriyaki tuna steak salad to massive bowls of miso soup and pan-fried noodles. There's a nice selection of meat and fish dishes, plus some good veggie options: a must-try is the Yasia Katsu Don (deep-fried courgette, sweet potato and pepper coated in Japanese breadcrumbs, cooked with onions and shitake mushrooms and topped with sesame seeds). Very tasty! Beer, wine and Japanese tea are available.
