Ben & Pete, the guys behind the acclaimed Barely Breaking Even record label, present a Friday night showcase of quality music. Covering everything from soul, jazz, house and funk to disco, garage and hip hop, the intimate atmosphere of Bar Rumba is a perfect place for DJs to express themselves freely and not be tied to one particular musical genre. Expect to hear sound shattering guests like Dr Bob Jones, Jumpin Jack Frost and Kerri Chandler.
On the third Friday of the month, Night People hosts "Don't Walk Boogie" with resident DJs Chris Phillips and DJ Cyprus, and their blend of cool disco, garage grooves and soul-funk vibes.
