This lounge-bar-club of the O Bar chain is spread over three levels, the basement being where the loudest and most hectic shenanigans take place, and the first-floor lounge providing a more sedate, subdued refuge where you might even find somewhere to sit. By day however, it's calm, candle-lit and relaxed the perfect place for a quiet afternoon drink, and food is always available. Prices are however typical of a central Soho big bar i.e. on the high side.
