This popular brasserie, on the upper floors of one of Regent Street's magnificent curved buildings, has great views over the shopping thoroughfare. The long dining room is decorated in a contemporary, almost minimalist style, with bare floors, swanky banquette seating and light-coloured walls. It's bright and slick, and the ambience is laid back and trendy, with predominately young and stylish Gallic staff. The cuisine is modern French, and the choice of dishes positively mouth-watering, from roast tuna in a sesame crust with salad nicoise to calves' liver to the delicious wild salmon confit. L'Odeon is a brilliant venue for group meals, romantic dates or business. A pre-theatre menu is also provided for lunch and dinner, changing daily.
