The Paragon is a modern hotel, built in 1973 and recently refurbished. It's very handily placed for the Earls Court Exhibition Centre, and is home to quite a few press conferences and trade fairs. All the facilities you'd expect from such a large hotel are offered, and the hotel is well placed for transport into Central London and the shops and museums of Kensington. The decor is rather bland, but prices surprisingly reasonable, and a child under 12 can stay with two adults for free.
