This gym was set up in the early 1970s and has since attracted some of Britain's best boxers, including Lennox Lewis and Prince Naseem. Amateur and professional coaching in boxing, karate and wrestling are all available and the club is highly thought of. Other facilities include football, trampoline and marathon training.
